 A c.1945 Record 'Dirty Dozen' British Military issue mechanical watch.  These watches follows strict military specs featuring a matte black dial, bold Arabic numerals, sword hands, an outer minute track, and a small sub-seconds dial at 6 o'clock.  A stainless steel case with some wear (as often seen). A screw down case back with reference numbers L27170 545017 and the British military crows foot. 

WWW stands for Watch, Wrist, Waterproof. A Record 15 Jewel  calibre 022K manual wind mechanism.
