An American drop dial wall clock. A walnut veneered case with the original side carvings. A carved glazed pendulum aperture. A brass bezel surround to the dial. A 12" painted dial with blued steel hands. An 8-day duration mechanism by E N Welch striking the hours on a gong. Circa 1885.
