A late Victorian travelling pocket barometer. A brass case with a silvered dial with scale from 21 to 31". A rotating outer bezel concentric altimeter calibrated in feet from 0 to 10000. Marked to the dial with weather predictions and a blued steel hand. Signed 'Aitchison London & Provinces'. The chain of opticians are still in business today.
