Gilt ormolu mounts with inlay to the front and case sides. A gilt cast dial with individual enamel numeral cartouches. A fineley engraved pendulum, visible through the front case aperture. An 8-day duration mechanism striking the 1/2 hours and hours on a bell. Signed to the mechanism 'R Fage, Paris' and numbered 2829. Circa 1885.
