A 1978 Omega stainless steel automatic wristwatch. A silvered dial with a brushed steel finish. Applied steel batons as the hour markers, doubled up at 12 o'clock. Each baton shows a central black strip, The hours and minutes are indicated by thin 'stick' hands. The Omega logo is raised above the dial and the model specification is below, 'Omega Automatic'. A steel framed date aperture to 3 o'clock.
A stainless steel case, with a flat bezel surround. Each lug shows a chamfer to the edge, sloping down towards the ends. Original Omega winding crown and 'crystal'. A press down case back, with a lightly brushed finish. This watch is complete with its original Omega stainless steel bracelet.
The watch is powered by a 17 jewel, caliber 1010 Omega mechanism. The watch is dated to 1978, with a 41M serial number. Case reference 166.0202.
